Myerowitz Family

Four generations of the Myerowitz Family popped in on Christmas Eve for a little family portrait work before wrapping, no pun intended, up the last minute holiday shopping. It is always wonderful to get to work with a family who knows how to have some fun, and this family is certainly no exception. We were thrilled to get the chance to do what we do for this family as they have given us a great deal over the last year or so – health! Our many thanks! We hope the holidays were wonderful.

Blaser 375 H&H

So a Blaser 375 H&H walks into a bar and says…

Folks if you met this rifle, you’d agree it really could walk into a bar, but this time it walked into our studio looking for a few close-ups before heading out on a little South African dreamed-my-whole-life-about-this safari. Two hours later and you can count the hairs on the chin of the Cape Buffalo engraving. A masterpiece! The rifle, that is, our images just show what was already there. We had so much fun getting to see this beauty and meeting its handler. Incredible! The design and craftsmanship…well, we’re still talking about it. All our best on the big trip!

We are wrapping up for the holidays, but we did get to spend a great morning with the Thompson family before we call it for 2011. Photographers all know that family portraits are about making Mum look like a million bucks – it wasn’t hard this time! These are some lucky boys…she’s a saint, too.

Here is the quintessential County Girl – good looking, smart, and plenty capable of doing whatever she sets her mind to. We were really looking forward to this shoot as we’ve worked with Jennah’s family before. Laughter is good medicine. And so is getting fantastic images for a family! Over the last few months, we’ve enjoyed working with the Oliver ladies. They’re fun! The bar was set pretty high for the family session…and we had a blast! Yeah, the Oliver guys are fun, too. Amanda and Chris - Wedding

No, We Don’t Do Weddings. Unless you happen to be the Larson’s. Then we have to say yes because we know it will be a wild time! When a family has this much love for one another, we just have to show up for the good vibrations. Not every young bride, that we know of anyway, walks down the aisle with a “Daddy’s Girl” necklace and her little brother as one of her attendants. Great Job Raising a Wonderful Family, Mum! Our very best wishes to Amanda and Chris as they start their new life together. With love, anything is possible! …well, at least until the cops get called, but we weren’t there to photograph that so as far as we’re concerned nothing happened.
