Chris and Ann were an absolute pleasure to work with! All nerves were calmed on our wedding day and they felt more like old friends and guests of the wedding instead of our photographers! We were thrilled at our wedding book and it is something we show off often. We definitely recommend them and will use them again for our photography needs!

From the moment we walked through the door, I could tell that this would be very different from any other experience I have had from a photography studio!

Not only was the time Ann & Chris took simply sitting and talking to us appreciated, but the way they worked together made for a very fun time. For someone who has n...ever enjoyed being in front of a camera, both Ann & Chris made it and effortless and laughter filled afternoon. And then of course, there is Tawny the pug...a classy adorable little ham who made it all the more unforgettable!

We had an excellent experience with both our kids, senior pictures. Chris and Ann made us all feel very comfortable and were able to capture our daughter and son's personalities in their pictures and had LOTS of laughs. Chris and Ann are very down to earth and of course their photos, collages, books and CDs were awes...ome. We are hoping to have them photograph our daughters wedding in 2011.

We took our oldest son to Joles Photography for his senior portraits and ended up buying the whole package! We couldn't help it! They were so great! Chris and Ann were able to capture Alex in his element by folding in his interests into his pictures! The one with our white lab is just priceless, the one with his motorcross helmet was the one that went in the yearbook and the one that showed off his hardwork in the gym made the girls in his class smile!!

The entire experience was great! I expected it to be a bit like the "studio" pictures at the Mall where you walk in, he turns left, then right and it is done. NOT THE CASE!! Chris and Ann took the time to find out what Alex's interests were and then captured those!

We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door, they took the time to explain the process and answer all questions and then they were able to make Alex relax and have fun. It is clear in his pictures that this was not a chore for him!

As most people, I was dreading spending my Saturday afternoon with this "task" and walked away, surprising myself as I said "that was so much fun!".

I would recommended Joles Photography to anyone that wants an outstanding session with wonderful results. With our package we received a hard cover album that we have shared with anyone that comes to our house. My sister-in-law took one look at the book and contacted Chris who then drove and hour and half to their home town to capture her son in HIS element. Paige is our first child. As first time parents we brought her to one of those “big chain stores” to get her first pictures taken. We felt like a number and not a customer. We had 20 minutes to get a good picture of a 1 month old. When our time was up, the pictures were alright. We felt upset by the way we were rushed and the quality was poor. My husband found Joles Photography. We showed up for our 3 month old pictures and was greated at the door by Chris and Ann all in smiles. Right away we knew we were more than just a number. Being your typical 3 month old, Paige was fussy. Chris and Ann was very patient and professional with us. That night we rushed home to check out her pictures on the website. We were amazed how beautiful Paige’s pictures came out. At this point we were embarrass we had handed out her 1 month old pictures from the “chain store”. Her 6 month old pictures again was a pleasant experience, We used them in our Christmas cards. The response was overwhelming. Chris and Ann has set us up with the Baby Plan, which as saved us money and captured priceless moments. Thank you Chris and Ann for the great pictures and experience.

The first time I came in was to get my senior model pictures and I was so nervous. Of course as soon as I started working with Chris and Ann my nervousness was forgotten. I just felt really comfortable and had a great time. And you can tell that when you look at my pictures. Joles Photography captures all aspects of your personality in your photos. As I look at my classmates’ pictures, I can see so much of who they are that it’s almost like I am looking at them face to face. I haven’t seen anything but amazing pictures from Joles. Chris-I just wanted to thank you and Ann for the extraordinary photos that will forever represent not only what Kate looked like, but who she was during her senior year in high school. Capturing this moment in time for us was such a worthwhile use of our time and money. Of course we have an array of candids captured on our digital cameras, but having such beautiful portraits to hang on the wall is a daily reminder of all the wonderful things Kate is and has done in her life so far, and is also a daily reminder to John and I, as parents, that we haven’t screwed up too badly. It has been a joy to watch the reactions of family members as they peruse the photos and attempt to pick their favorite pose or expression-each photo in the stack becoming their new favorite.
When the children were babies, we had their photos done all the time, but it has been years since we have had wall-worthy photos done. The next time might be Kate’s wedding (and with any luck,that will be years from now). We are so appreciative to have had the opportunity to work with you and Ann on this once-in-a-lifetime right of passage. Thank you for the portraits and the experience.
